Therapy Cards

Welcome friends, fellow bloggers and crafters.

As many of you know, I have some mental health issues, which are under control, but I still need to find things to occupy my mind.

I have been crafting every day to take my mind off the bad thoughts. I am starting to get back into inking and colouring and all the messy things.

Here are the cards I have made over the last couple of days......

The stamps and MOST of the diecuts are unbranded from China.

I hope you like my cards and will leave a message below.

New Beginning

Hello fellow crafters, bloggers and friends.

Due to personal reasons, I haven’t been crafting for a LONG time. I am posting this to say that I am well and truly back.

I am currently making kit cards, just to slowly get myself back up to speed with making and designing.

There are some craftwork card kits and some hunkydory kits.

I hope you like my makes and I thank you all for your continued support.

Love

Left Of Centre Challenge #121

Welcome back fellow bloggers, crafters and friends.
I hope you have all been keeping warm and toasty in this awfully cold weather...

Today sees the start of a new weekly challenge over on the Left Of Centre Creative Challenges Blog.

Challenge #121 is 'Faux or Real Stitching' and is sponsored by two amazing sponsors -

Star Stampz

All Dressed Up

Here is what I have made -

I used a gorgeous image from Star Stampz and coloured her with my Rangers Distress Markers and a thin koy water brush.
The papers are both from 'Limited Edition' paper pads and mounted on pink card.
I used my silhouette to cut the topper, leaves, flowers and swirls.
A thin pink ink pen was used to add the faux stitching around the topper and the top paper layer.
This was finished off with dark teal pearls which match the colour of the teapot in the image.

I would like to enter my make into the following challenges -

Crafting with an attitude - Anything Goes
Crafty Girl Creations - Anything Goes #16
Doodle Pantry - Anything Goes

ArtByMiran - Anything Goes

I hope this has inspired you to get your sewing kits out, or your pens to create some stitching/faux stitching in order to join in with our wonderful weekly challenge.
We always have wonderful images for the winner.
